Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant thought that the defendant B was the principal who caused the failure of the family due to the defendant's husband C and the wind with the defendant's husband C, and the defendant sent text messages containing the desire of the victim several times.

1. Intrusion upon residence;

A. On February 26, 2013, around 13:00 on February 26, 2013, the Defendant opened a gate to the victim’s house located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and B03, and went into the front of the victim’s house and infringed on the victim’s residence.

B. On February 28, 2013, at around 15:00, the Defendant entered the same place as indicated in the preceding paragraph and intruded the victim’s residence in front of the victim’s house entrance in the same manner.

2. Defamation;

A. The Defendant, at the same time, at the same time and place as the foregoing paragraph 1(a) above, stated “ home destruction intelligence” in the front door of the said victim’s office, and damaged the honor of the victim by stating on the wall of the stairs up to the second floor “B03 B,” stating “the family destruction intelligence.”

B. The Defendant, at the time, at the same time and place as the foregoing paragraph 1(b), stated “ home destruction pan-gate” in the victim’s front door of 204, which is the adjoining party of the victim, damaged the victim’s reputation by displaying a letter stating “I am flished due to B02 due to B0.
