Punishment of the crime

Around October 201, the Defendant took up around 201, the victim C (n, 20 years of age) who was working in the next place of the ward's clothes where the Defendant was employed as an employee, and was living in the other male relationship. Around June 2012, the Defendant took out around 201, on the ground that the victim met the other male, and re-exploited around July 2012.

Since then, the defendant was called as a public interest service personnel training center, but the defendant was suspected that the victim continued to talk with other males while undergoing training, and was able to commit suicide.

On August 13, 2012, around 18:00, the Defendant retired from D where the Defendant works as public interest service personnel, and agreed to talk with the victim by phone, and then purchased a wheel (30cm in total length, 20cm in blades) and gambling tape at Daejeon-gu E store around 18:33 on the same day.

Since then, at around 21:25 the same day, the Defendant met the victim at the Jung-gu F store in Daejeon where the Defendant is working, but was living together with 304 G G 3, Dong-gu, Daejeon where the Defendant is living. At around 23:30 on the same day, the Defendant heard the victim’s phrase “I would like to get off all others” from the victim, “I would like to go off. I would like to say, “I would like to go off. I would like to go off. I would like to go off. I would like to go off the victim’s right side in the direction of the victim’s hair,” but I would like to go off the victim’s two blades purchased and stored in the house as above, so I would like to go off the victim’s two blades so that I would turn off the victim’s knife to the lower knife next to the knife., I would see the victim’s head’s right side in the direction of the victim’s head.

In this end, the defendant murdered the victim.
