Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a B-to-pur vehicle.

On May 17, 2019, at around 16:45, the Defendant continued to turn to the left from the c-side of the shooting distance of the defensive force in Ulsan-dong-dong, Ulsan-gu to C-side.

At this point, there is a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering direction and operating the steering system of the vehicle in accordance with the signals of the vehicle. In such a case, a person engaged in driving the vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and proceeded to turn to the left in violation of the signal, and caused the victim E (28 years of age) who was driving a D motorcycle in the opposite part of the E-mail to move to the road to avoid collision with the driver's car.

As a result, the Defendant caused the victim to suffer injury, such as cutting down the mouths to the right, which requires medical treatment for about 12 weeks due to the above occupational negligence.
