Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a benz car.

On August 31, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol of 0.070% on blood alcohol level around 05:00, and started from the road front of the “D” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C, and was driving along the Gangseo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, a place of accident, along the river route in the direction of the Seodaemun-gu, in the direction of the Seodaemun-gu, the direction of the intersection was one-lane between the four-lanes in the direction of the Seodaemun-gu.
