1. The part against Defendant B in the judgment of the first instance shall be revoked;
Defendant B shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 99,500,000 and this.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) Defendant B’s implementation process of the instant project refers to the Plaintiff’s “instant land” in total, including the aforementioned land, c, D, E, and F (hereinafter referred to as the “instant land”).

B. On August 23, 2013, the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff agreed to make an investment of KRW 150 million in the instant business on August 23, 2013 (hereinafter “instant investment agreement”).
