According to the above facts, the defendant is liable to compensate the plaintiff for damages caused by leakage of defects in the place of the apartment as the owner of the apartment.

In full view of the aforementioned evidence, the Plaintiff’s apartment building may be found to have been damaged to the extent that it is necessary to repair the total amount of KRW 1,485,00,00 due to leakages in remote areas, plates, crowdfundings, and tent replacements.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 1,485,00, which is the amount equivalent to the above repair cost as damages, and the damages for delay determined at the rate of 15% per annum from April 4, 2017 to the date of full payment, as the Plaintiff seeks.

In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the ground of its reasoning, and the judgment of the court of first instance is justified on the ground of its conclusion, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
