【Criminal Facts】
1. On May 11, 2016, the Defendant purchased Samsung F-type 51 unit and combined goods worth KRW 89,800,000 at the market price of Samsung F-type 51 unit and combined goods with KRW 1,396,00,00, in the Defendant’s house, and concluded a new contract with the Defendant’s mobile phone name (i.e., Samsung F-type 1 unit and one unit of Samsung F-type 1 unit and one unit of Samsung F-type 1 unit of 36 months under the Defendant’s mobile phone sales store, which is a communications company (hereinafter “victim”), in the Internet site G, etc., by posting a notice to the effect that “it is possible for F to open a cell phone with a cell phone without credit rating even if it is not good.”
