A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 상해 피고인은 2020. 5. 22. 10:40경 대구 동구 B에 있는 C백화점 8층에 있는 야외 테라스에서, 그곳에 있는 난간에 올라가 아래로 뛰어내려 자살하려고 시도하던 중, 위 백화점에서 근무하는 보안 요원인 피해자 D(남, 23세)이 피고인을 제지하기 위하여 피고인의 발을 붙잡자, 발로 피해자의 얼굴, 등, 목 등을 수회 걷어찼다.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted bodily injury on the victim for about 14 days, such as an internal diagnosis and injury.

2. Around 10:50 on May 2, 2020, the Defendant, along with the above security personnel D, entered the 8th floor of the above department store building, and entered the 7th floor of the above building, into the customer counseling room where the victim E (Nam, 51 years old) works, and then damaged a door to cover KRW 1,40,000 in repair cost, as he collected a house and a plastic well-known box in the above area, and destroyed a door to cover KRW 3,356,980 in total at the market price, such as the water purifier, cooling tank, cleaning machine, coffee machine, and coffee machine.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property and interfered with the victim's customer counseling service by force.
