A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. Medication (hereinafter referred to as "copon") medication;

A. On July 18, 2018, at the C parking lot located in Seosan-si B, the Defendant received two injection equipment containing diaphones from the deceased person’s name from the deceased person. Around July 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) discovered the 1g of wild marijuana in the vicinity of the Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju-do Jeju-do Jeju-do Dok Jeju-do Dokdong-si, collected marijuana leaves; (b) dumped in the Defendant’s house beeas referred to in paragraph (a) of the aforesaid Article; and (c) dumped in the Defendant’s house, at around 20:00 of the same month, smoked marijuana in a way of smoking, putting the marijuana leaves fright at the Defendant’s house at the Defendant’s house, and attaching it to marijuana.
