On April 16, 2014, at around 11:00, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim with a large voice, stating that the victim, who was the representative of the above apartment, was well informed about five residents, including the head of the above apartment management office E, in the process of performing the duties of the victim D, and that there was about five residents, including the above apartment management office E.
