A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Of the facts charged in the instant case, the charge of larceny on July 27, 2013 is acquitted.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013No. 5066] On June 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by towing one of the rimans collected high water, where the market price on the victim’s property cannot be known, near the “Jinhowon-dong, Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 58-8.”

1. On February 8, 2014, around 07:40 on February 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed as if he were to calculate in the “E” restaurant for the operation of the victim D in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul; and (b) ordered the victim to order a net 1st century and a week.
However, the fact did not have the intention or ability to pay the price even if it was potable by the order of the net state.
As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received the victim one studio and one studio from the victim, which is the sum of 7,500 won in the market value, and acquired it by fraud.
2. On February 10, 2014, at around 20:30, the Defendant interfered with the business, by force, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by: (a) the victim G in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in the Jongno-gu; (b) taking a bath for customers in the restaurant; and (c) taking the beer’s disease on the floor on the table on the floor.
[2014 Highest 1603] On February 6, 2014, the Defendant, at the “J” restaurant located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul (Seoul) around 22:50 on February 6, 2014, the Defendant, despite no intent or ability to pay the food value, was committed as if the Defendant would make a mistake in ordering the victim K to pay the food value, by deceiving the victim, and by deceiving the victim, he/she received a 1 copy of the Mackle-dong 8,500 won from the victim.
