The defendant is a person who drives a passenger car by obtaining a franchise.

On November 21, 2014, at around 03:20, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a section of about 500 meters from the 371st day of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the 386nd day of the said 386th day without a driver’s license.
