B A Co., Ltd. is a corporation that operates the business of manufacturing alzinium alzinium in Kimhae-si, and the defendant A is the representative director of the above corporation.

1. Where it intends to dispose of an industrial site sold in lots or to dispose of a factory, etc. before five years have elapsed prior to reporting on completion of the establishment, etc. of a factory by a defendant A or within the extent prescribed by Presidential Decree, it shall transfer it to a management agency;

Nevertheless, around October 2, 2014, the Defendant filed a report on the establishment, etc. of a factory within the DD construction in Kimhae-si, and sold an industrial site of 6,460 square meters and 800 square meters in manufacturing facilities located in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, for a price of 3.2 billion won to a F Co., Ltd. and transferred it to another person who is not a management agency.

2. Defendant B, the representative director of Defendant B Co., Ltd., committed the above violation in relation to the Defendant’s business as described in paragraph (1).
