1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a eth-sports cargo vehicle B.

On July 21, 2019, at around 11:25, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicles, while driving approximately 100 meters from the frontline of the Ansan-si, which is located in 1807, from the front direction of the racing-si, at a speed of about 70km per hour from the front direction of the river at the speed of about 10km.

There are two-lanes where the center line is installed, and drivers are obliged to drive safely not more than the center line and prevent traffic accidents.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to do so and proceeds as it is.

The victim C(37 years old) driving along the two-lanes of the margin opposite to the traffic of the central line was sent to the right side of the cargo vehicle. The victim C(the 37 years old) was sent to the left side side of the vehicle.

After all, the Defendant suffered from the above occupational negligence such as injury to the victim C, E (V, 39), F (n, 63 years of age), G (n, 11 years of age) and other injuries, such as salt ties and tensions, which require approximately 3 weeks of treatment, and the injury to H (2 years of age) who is the passenger of the victimized vehicle, for about 2 weeks of treatment.
