1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[Basic Facts] On March 11, 2015, the first simultaneous election of the president of a cooperative throughout the country: C Agricultural Cooperatives (hereinafter “CF”) went into Korea as a candidate for the president of a cooperative; and the first simultaneous election period for the president of a cooperative throughout the country is from February 26, 2015 to March 10, 2015.

F An incorporated farming association (hereinafter referred to as “agricultural association”) was established around 2006 with the purpose of regulating the shipment and sales promotion of F Saturdays’s production and sales promotion activities, etc. under its control, and the directors of an incorporated farming association are responsible for the head of a group of members of a group of members of a group of members of a group of members of a group of members of a group of members of a group of members.

The defendant is serving as the representative director of the agricultural partnership from February 21, 2014, interest of the agricultural partnership members of C.

Accordingly, G deposited KRW 330 million with the Defendant by the end of February 2015 to the bank, and sent a copy of the passbook to Gangwon-do to approve the replacement project of this case.

An agricultural partnership shall bear 200 million won out of 330 million won, and the remaining 130 million won shall be borne by the members of the partnership, and the shares to be borne by the members of the partnership shall be 1.5 million won.

1. On February 24, 2015, the Defendant held a full meeting of the leader of a Ban of the farming association by region at the agricultural cooperative H branch located in Gangwonwon H at around 17:30, and attends a meeting.
