Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 3, 2015, from around 21:35 to 22:05 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) filed a complaint against the assault case, etc., which had been about one month prior to the Mat-ro operated by the victim D in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju; and (b) on the ground that the Defendant did not have any such flaps.

“Along with the large interest of “,” and through force, the said victim’s marina business operation was obstructed for about 30 minutes by inserting plastic garbage in front of the place, preventing customers who had entered the said marina from entering the said marina, and thereby preventing them from entering the said marina.

2. On June 3, 2015, around 21:50 on June 3, 2015, the Defendant damaged the victim D, who was placed in front of Mat, as indicated in paragraph (1), by generating one plastic garbage tank equivalent to KRW 12,000, the market price of the victim D.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, committed assaulting the victim F (23) who is the said marina employee, by resprinking the plastic bucks listed in paragraph 2, to fit the victim’s bucks on the part of the next bucks.
