A and C are the occupants of the above D-Ba 501 in the name of "E" in Suwon-gu 201, the name of "E", and F are the occupants of the above D-Ba 501.

Some residents of the above Down, including Pyeongtaek F, have caused conflicts with the Defendants with respect to the Defendant and C’s conduct of a speedless business at the above location.

On April 26, 2018, at around 17:42, the Defendant: (a) installed a bicycle at the entrance of the above D B-Ba parking lot; (b) obstructed the entry of the bicycle; (c) did not f from driving the vehicle while trying to enter the above parking lot; and (d) even though F demanded that the Defendant turn on the vehicle, the Defendant f did not turn on it; (c) even though F demanded that the Defendant turn on the vehicle, the police officer, who was called upon receiving a report around 17:58, around 112 on the same day, led the Defendant to turn on the road for about 16 minutes until the police officer cut off the bicycle against the Defendant.
