1. The Defendant’s KRW 600,000,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from August 18, 2016 to June 25, 2019, and the following.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 257 and 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment without holding any pleadings.

3. The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) that reduces the statutory interest rate from 15% per annum to 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc. of Partial Dismissals from the date of June 1, 2019, was enforced as of June 1, 2019, and the portion exceeding 12% per annum is rejected.

However, by applying Article 98 and the proviso of Article 101 of the Civil Procedure Act, the costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant in its entirety as set forth in the Disposition.
