1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On October 12, 2009, while working in B, the Plaintiff provided medical care due to occupational accidents that occurred on October 12, 2009, “The two sides of the Alley Ambsium, the left-hand falsium falsium, the left-hand falsium falsium, both sides of the 1, 2rd falsium, the left-hand falsium falsium damage, the left-hand falsium damage, the left-hand falsium damage, and the Plaintiff claimed disability benefits to the Defendant.”

B. On June 10, 201, the Defendant: (a) deemed that the physical function disorder under Section 14 of the left-hand speak as a physical disability; (b) class 10 of class 10; and (c) class 10 of class 11; and (d) class 15 of class 12; and (b) determined the Plaintiff’s final disability grade as class 8 by applying this mutatis mutandis; and (b) by adjusting it as class 9 of class 12, class 9 of class 12 and class 8 of class 12.

C. On this ground, the Plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking revocation of the above disability grade determination disposition (Seoul Administrative Court Decision 2011Gudan21372) on the ground that the disability in the section of the left-hand table falls under class 7 of class 8, and obtained a favorable judgment on December 6, 2012, and accordingly received a decision on the disability grade of class 6 from the Defendant.

On February 8, 2015, the Plaintiff received a special medical examination at a hospital affiliated with a university and college of the Korea Development Bank for the purpose of the adjudication on disability, and the Defendant deliberated on the basis of the results of the special medical examination on April 8, 2015, based on which the Plaintiff’s visit on the left-hand side falls short of 375 degrees of disability grade, and the exercise scope falls short of 375 degrees of disability grade, and the left-hand part-hand part of subparagraph 14 of grade 10 of grade 10 of the disability grade (the remaining person who has a significant obstacle to the function of one of the three major sections of a bridge), the left-hand part, 1, 2, and 11 grade of disability shall be deemed to fall under class 10 of grade 11, and the Plaintiff’s final disability grade

(hereinafter “Disposition in this case”). 【No dispute exists, entry in Gap’s 1 through 4 (including additional numbers), the purport of the entire pleadings.
