A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 18:00 on May 3, 2013, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim Chone Star Corer in the market price in the Central Park parking lot located in Sipo-si 1122, Sipo-si, 1122; and (b) did not correct to steal it; (c) put the keys of the motor vehicle, which had the following specifications into a starting device, into a starting device; and (d) cut off the said passenger vehicle by driving it.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the time and time set forth in paragraph (2) of this Article, driving a stolen van without a driver’s license on a section of about 1km from front of the Central Park Parking Site to front of the Sim of the Simpo-dong, Simpo-dong, 871, Simpo-dong.
