The defendant shall pay from 70,000,000 won to 750,000 won and interest thereon from January 19, 2021 to the day of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On November 13, 2018, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant, setting the lease deposit of KRW 70 million, KRW 250,000 per month, and the term of the lease from November 30, 2018 to November 29, 2020 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”), and delivered the instant real estate to the Defendant under the instant lease agreement.

B. The Defendant did not pay the rent more than three times, and the instant lease contract was terminated upon the expiration of the term.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to deliver the real estate of this case at the same time with the amount calculated by deducting the amount of unfair profit calculated by the ratio of KRW 250,000 per month from the day following the day of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case and the amount of delayed payment, which was not paid at KRW 70,000,000,000 from the plaintiff.
