A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, Attached Nos. 1, 6, and 8 of the List of Offenses Nos. 3.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a medical service business as a business owner of the CMedical Foundation D Hospital in the Military and Industrial Complex B.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer of the 2013rd 364th 201 shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within 14 days from the time when the cause for such payment occurred.

Provided, That the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.

Nevertheless, the Defendant is working in the above D Hospital from June 18, 2012 to August 31, 2012.

The retired E’s wages of KRW 1,500,000 have not been paid and the total amount of KRW 98,777,090 has not been paid for 21 money and valuables, such as E, etc., as shown in attached Table 1.

When a worker dies or retires, an employer of the 2013rd Class 725 shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the defendant is working from May 14, 2012 to March 11, 2013 at the above workplace.

The amount of KRW 1,200,000 for retired workers F was not paid on February 2, 2013 as well as the amount of KRW 4,303,660 for the total amount of wages of four workers, as shown in the attached Table 2 Crime List, was not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties concerned.

When a worker dies or retires, an employer of the 2013 Highest 1015 shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the Defendant is working from February 7, 2013 to July 9, 2013 at the above workplace.

In addition to the payment of wages of KRW 2,100,00 to retired workers G on June 6, 2013, and wages of KRW 541,940 on July 2013, it is written in the list of crimes of Attached 3.
