When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2015, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.10% among blood transfusions, the Defendant driven B rocketing car at a section of approximately 300 meters from the 121st road of Pyeongtaek-si to the front road of the shooting distance in the office of the registration office of Pyeongtaek-si from the 121st road of Pyeongtaek-si to the 13th road of Pyeongtaek-dong.
