Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2014, at around 14:42, the Defendant: (a) requested a presentation of identification card from the slope D (28 years old) belonging to the traffic safety department of the Seoul Yeongdeungpo Police Station in front of the 1st floor C cafeteria of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on the front of the 1st floor C cafeteria of the building B, on the front of the Central Police Station, on the ground that he was able to use the median line and the safety mother, and (b) demanded the presentation of identification card; (c) and (d) despite the proposal of D, the Defendant operated the E-top accelerator, thereby proceeding the Otoba

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the police officer D, who is under traffic control, thereby hindering the police officer from performing his/her legitimate duties on traffic control.
