Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jeju District Court on March 5, 2008; on February 11, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; on May 3, 2012, the same court was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act; on May 3, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a period of 6 months; on January 31, 2013, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and became final and conclusive on April 4, 2013; and on February 21, 2014, the period of the suspended sentence was expired by the Jeju Prison.

【Criminal Facts】

On May 2, 2016, at around 22:00, the Defendant driven Cyone Star or a car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.141% of blood alcohol concentration at the section of about 10km from the front of the flame jum of the Seopo-Eup, Seopo-si, Seopo-si to the front of the 22km-si, Seopo-si.

Accordingly, the defendant, who violated the prohibition of drinking driving twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision.

On March 5, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of 2.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jeju District Court on March 5, 2008; on February 11, 2009, the same court was issued a summary order of 2 million won for the same crime; on May 3, 2012, the same court was sentenced to a summary order of 2.0 million won for the same crime; on May 3, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for the same crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act; on January 31, 2013, the same court was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment for the said suspended sentence until the said court became final and conclusive on April 4, 2013, and the period of the said suspended sentence was expired on February 1, 2014.
