Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

Punishment of the crime

Around November 23, 2018, the Defendant, along with his family, requested the victim to deliver to the airport to the Republic of Korea by having his/her child return to the Republic of Korea with his/her family, but the Defendant was refused to file a complaint against the victim. On November 26, 2018, the Defendant demanded to refund KRW 80,000 won of the oil paid to the victim to the victim in Japan, and received the remittance.
