Punishment of the crime

B is a person who establishes an office in the Chinese Scheon-gu and operates a private sports soil site, and the defendant A is an employee at the office operated by B.

Unless the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and an entrusted business entity are prohibited from issuing sports betting tickets or similar, B, from October 26, 201 to January 31, 2012, and the Defendant, at the office located in the Chinese history from October 26, 2011 to January 9, 2012, requested a large number of unspecified visitors to obtain money for domestic and foreign sports in fact, via the Internet, and then, if the result is stated, the Defendant engaged in an act similar to the issuance of sports betting tickets in collusion with B by means of money exchangeing at the request of a member.
