Examining the reasoning of the record, the court below was just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance that acquitted the charged facts of this case on the ground that there is no proof of crime, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to "the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame" under Article 14 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, as alleged in the ground of appeal.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
