Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in a unregistered credit business, and B is an employee who belongs to a unregistered loan business entity of the defendant.

Any person who intends to engage in a credit business for delivery of money and brokerage of receiving and receiving money shall register with the competent administrative agency, and any person who actually engages in a credit business without registering the credit business shall not, where he/she lends money to an individual, exceed 30 percent per annum, which is the interest rate prescribed by the Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, at around 14:00 on July 19, 2013, the Defendant, in collusion with B, lent 2 million won to C in the vacant lots adjacent to the headquarters of the Civil Defense Headquarters of Gyeonggi-do, Daegu, Chungcheongnam-do, and deducted 1.640,000 won in the name of the commission, and paid 1.840,000 won in actual 1.8% in annual interest rate, and received interest in violation of the statutory interest rate limit.
