The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around March 2018, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim of approximately 20 minutes of the charges on the part of approximately 20 minutes of the victim, who was being examined with the victim B, police officers and civil petitioners, and the victim C, at the office of the Economic1 Team of the Jeonju Police Station, on the part of March 2018.

2. According to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act, the facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, and the said offense may be prosecuted upon complaint.

Since the victim withdrawn the complaint against the defendant on January 3, 2020 after the prosecution of this case, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
