Punishment of the crime

On July 2016, the Defendant is trying to operate a siren with a large amount of 50 vehicles at a construction site located in the driving zone in the nuclear city of nuclear power around nuclear power.

Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victims as above from the time when he received transfer of KRW 5,500,000 from the victims of the same day to December 12 of the same year; and (b) by deceiving the victims as stated in the list of crimes in the attached Table from December 12 of the same year, and (c) received the total amount of KRW 51,707,050 from the victims or acquired property benefits.
