Punishment of the crime

On June 4, 2012, the defendant prepared a false statement of complaint against D in order to have D obtain criminal punishment from the defendant's house located in Jinju-si, with the intention of having D obtain criminal punishment, and sent it to a large library with the trade name in the same city and Jung-dong, and the above employee transferred it to a staff member in the family name in which it is impossible to identify the trade name in the same city and had D prepare the above complaint again using a computer.

Nevertheless, around 11:00 on June 4, 2012, the Defendant submitted the above complaint to the police officer who was unable to know his name at the public service center of the Jinju Police Station located in the Jinju-dong 10, Jinju-dong, Jinju-dong.
