Punishment of the crime

At around 02:00 on September 13, 2013, the Defendant driven B K5 cars while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.231% at a section of about 3km from the front of the “Rau Star,” which is located in the port of Mangdong-gu, Seoyang-gu, Youngyang-gu, the same time to the front road of the bus stop, which is located in the same city of Kuyang-gu.
