The Plaintiff G (2,096/22,711 shares), Plaintiff E (1,691/22,711 shares), Plaintiff F (2,076/22,711 shares), Plaintiff K (1,549/22,711 shares), Plaintiff J (1,510/22,711 shares), Plaintiff Q2,711 shares (841/22,711 shares), Plaintiff P (89/22,711 shares), Plaintiff I (89/22,711 shares), Plaintiff H (789/22,7111 shares), Plaintiff H (78/27111 shares), Plaintiff H (78/27112,711 shares), Plaintiff’s shares (71/271), Plaintiff H271/27127, A275/2717, A2717/711 shares, and shares (78/278/2711 shares).

B. On September 21, 2007, AG completed the provisional registration of the right to claim for share transfer (hereinafter “the provisional registration of this case”) with respect to the entire shares of AH in the forest land before subdivision, and on April 1, 2008, transferred the right to claim for share transfer to the Defendant, his father, and completed the additional registration. On June 30, 2010, the Defendant completed the ownership transfer registration for AH shares (hereinafter “the transfer registration of this case”) on the grounds of sale as of May 7, 2010.

Before the partition, the forest was divided into the 1654 square meters in the S Forest, 1446 square meters in the T forest, 1546 square meters in the U forest, 1572 square meters in the V forest, 2017 square meters in the AI forest, 2407 square meters in the land, 1924 square meters in the X forest, 1653 square meters in the land, 1653 square meters in the Z forest, 1404 square meters in the AB forest, 1440 square meters in the AB forest, 1481 square meters in the AC forest, 1421 square meters in the AE forest, and 1682 square meters in the AE forest.

However, in the process of dividing the instant provisional registration and the registration of transfer in the process of dividing the forest before the partition, it is transferred to each forest divided as it is, without cancelling the instant provisional registration and the registration of transfer, and 1654 square meters in S forest land is owned by the Plaintiff A (20,84/22,711) and the Defendant (1,867/22,711), and 146 square meters in T forest land is owned by the Plaintiff B (377,215,735/82,01,934) and C (377,212,001/82,002,01,001/934) and the Defendant C (67,574,822,01,934 shares) and 1540 square meters in U forest land is jointly owned by the Plaintiff and the Defendant (1,867/27111), 207/27127, 27142, 2747/2717/2,2747
