1. Special robbery;
A. On October 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened and operated “C” (D) online portal site B car page on the part of the Philippines; (b) recruited Korean tourists visiting the Republic of Korea, via the said Internet car page, who visited the Republic of Korea; and (c) had been doing business such as travel guide for them; and (d) on the part of the Republic of Korea, the Defendant, via the Internet car page, sent them money and valuables to Korean tourists, who engage in commercial sex acts in the Republic of Korea in the Philippines, with Korean police through the name-free local travel guide (E) and sent them to the Republic of Korea, to the Republic of Korea, for the release of them. The Defendant, through the above Internet car page, intended to attract Korean tourists to engage in commercial sex acts and arrange them to participate in commercial sex acts; and (c) to arrest Korean tourists, who are the police officers of the Philippines, to share their roles in the role of sexual sex acts by introducing them to the Republic of Korea.
According to the above division of roles on February 20, 2015, the defendant applied for "Yelow Tourism" including commercial sex acts with local women in the Megical Republic of the Philippines through the above Internet car page on February 20, 2015, and ordered the victim F (55 years old), G (63 years old), H (56 years old), I (58 years old), and I (58 years old) to proceed with the "Yeung Tourism" schedule, and E, according to the defendant's direction, proceeded with the "Yeung Tourism" schedule, and arranged the victims and the Megs women to engage in commercial sex acts at the same hotel located in the Megal Republic of the Philippines or the Megal Republic of Korea at around 23:00 of the same month.
At that time, the police of the Philippines will go through a hotel room that the victims are accommodated in order to engage in sexual traffic.
