[criminal power] On September 20, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (obscenity using communications media) in Busan District Court’s branch branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 20, 2018, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on March 19, 2018.

[2019 Highest 1409] On April 4, 2019, the Defendant sent 30 times in total to the victim D (one’s name, two-three years of age) (one’s name, and two-three years of age) who became aware of the fact through B’s search, with a restriction on the transmission of the sender, and paid a new hosium that leads to sexual intercourse or self-defense. From that time to April 8, 2019, the Defendant sent words and sound that may cause a sense of sexual humiliation and aversion to the victim by the same method 30 times in total, as shown in attached Table 1, from April 8, 2019.

[2019 Highest 2535] On April 14, 2018, the Defendant sent the victim E (n, 18 years of age) by phoneing the phone to the victim E (n, 18 years of age) for the restriction on the recipient’s display, and made the victim “I wish to be good, good,” and at that time, sent the victim’s speech and sound that may cause sexual humiliation and aversion to the victim by the same method eight times in total, as shown in the [Attachment Table 2] from April 22, 2019 to April 05:40, 2019.

[2019 Highest 2714] The Defendant would like to see a new opportune or see at the place where the Defendant called the Victim F (name, leisure, age 18) from July 11, 2019 to July 30, 2019, by phoneing it to the victim F (name, age 18) from July 30, 2019.
