Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months.
However, for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On October 5, 2017, from around 22:12 to 22:34 of the same day, the Defendant forced indecent act committed an indecent act on the part of the victim E (V), who is an employee, while having danced at the stage with the victim E (n.e., 49 years of age). The Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim by making two chests of the victim one hand after diving.
B. Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reporting case G and H 112.
2. On October 5, 2017, from around 22:22 to 22:57 the same day, Defendant B, without any reason, was drinking together with A, a man’s fat at the above main point, was pushed down with A, forced female customers to fat a seat, forced female customers to fat a seat with a large voice, and fat a knife to the victim I (n, 48 years of age) who is a business owner at the same place.
"Audition", such as voice, led customers to a 35 minute disturbance and create a decent atmosphere.
Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the principal operation of the victim by force.
