Defendant

A Imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months, and for a defendant B, for eight months, respectively.

However, this decision is delivered to the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

가. 향정신성의 약품인 메트 암페타민( 속칭 ‘ 필로폰’, 이하 ‘ 필로폰’ 이라 함) 매매로 인한 마약류 관리에 관한 법률위반( 향 정) 피고인은 2019. 11. 중순경 전 남 함평군 C에 있는 D 휴게소에서, 위 챗 앱을 통해 알게 된 성명 불상자에게 80만 원을 건네주고, 필로폰이 용해되어 있는 약 250㎖ 액체가 들어 있는 페트병 1개를 건네받아 필로폰을 매매하였다.

B. A violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. due to the administration of philophones (1) was administered by the Defendant on Nov. 1, 2019 by a method of fluoring the fluor among the philophones purchased, as the foregoing paragraph (a), at the residence in Young-gun E before the police officer.

(2) On November 2019, the Defendant administered a medication in G cafeteria located in Young-gun F, Namnam-gun, which had been purchased as stated in the foregoing paragraph (a), by mixing the scopon with the scopon.

(3) On December 5, 2019, the Defendant administered the dialphones purchased as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (a) in a vehicle located in H in Young-gun, Namnam-gun, Namnam-gun on December 5, 2019.

around 01:00 on December 6, 2019, the Defendant violated the Narcotics Control Act due to the use of phiphones (e.g., violation of the Act on the Management of Narcotics, Etc.) puts the buphones purchased from K, L, and M into the buphones, and used the buphones by having the said employees drink together with the buphones, while drinking together with B, employees K, L, L, M, and M, by drinking together with the buphones without a spirit.

In the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph (c), the Defendant injured the victim K (n, 49), L (n, 49 years of age), and M (n, 58 years of age) by using phiphones as described in the above paragraph (c), respectively, and caused the injury of drug addiction by using phiphones.
