『2016 고단 1326』 피고인은 2016. 3. 13. 00:35 경 부산 영도구 C에 있는 D 편의점에서, 종업원인 E(18 세 )에게 담배를 달라고 하였으나 외상대금을 이유로 거절당하자 화가 나 위 종업원에게 “ 이런 씹할, 좃 같은 새끼가! ”라고 욕설하며 주먹으로 복부를 때리고, 도망가려 다 붙잡히자 다시 주먹으로 팔 부위를 때리고 편의점 밖으로 도망갔으며, 얼마 후 다시 편의점 안으로 들어와 그곳에 진열된 사탕을 던지며 “ 이런 좃 같은 새끼들 아 ”라고 욕설하였다.
