1. The summary of the case is that the plaintiffs who acquired the second subordinated bonds issued by the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. Co., Ltd. on March 6, 2009, the third subordinated bonds issued on June 25, 2009, the financial statements and audit report attached to the registration statement, and the audit report, and the director in charge of the affairs of report and the director in charge of the settlement of the credit rating statement, the external auditor and his representative, the credit rating company entrusted with the recruitment, the credit rating company in charge of the credit rating business, the subordinated bond savings bank and the Financial Supervisory Service, and the Korea, are liable for damages incurred by the plaintiffs' investments in subordinated bonds, based on the following grounds:

2. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 6, 2009, No. 20075 million won, the second higher-ranking bonds (interest rate of 8.5%, maturity of 8.5%, September 6, 2014, and March 6, 2009) issued the second lower-ranking bonds issued in the amount of KRW 18.5 billion.

The registration statement submitted by the LAB to the Financial Services Commission on February 16, 2009 includes the statement of confirmation of Defendant F who is the representative director, the representative director signed by the Defendant LA who is the director in charge of the reporting affairs, the 10 period (from July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008), the 11-year half-year period (from July 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008), the financial statements of the KAB, the 10-year period (from July 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008), the statement of opinion on the relevant securities of the KAB-based financial statements prepared and submitted by Defendant C accounting corporation, the external auditor, the audit report on the 10-year financial statements prepared and submitted on July 23, 2008, the defendant Korea Credit Credit Rating Corporation, and each credit rating statement prepared by the Korea

The registration statement is described as follows with respect to the financial status of the Bank of BankruptcyB, and the contents of the 10th financial statement are the same as those stated in the above audit report:

Defendant C accounting corporation has properly indicated the 10th financial statements in the above audit report from the viewpoint of importance in accordance with accounting standards.
