The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
The facts charged of this case are as shown in the attached Form.
This is a case that falls under Article 44 subparagraph 1 or Article 9 of the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act and cannot be prosecuted against the will expressed by the victim under the proviso of Article 44 of the same Act.
