A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is the chief of the Diplomatic Association, and the victim E (n, 58 years old) is a person with a mental disability of the second degree with mental retardation due to the mental retardation of the Diplomatic Association (social age 6, May, and 40.63), who attends the above church.

The defendant knew the fact that the victim has a mental disability, and thought that he had indecent act by compulsion, such as drinking the victim's chest.

1. On April 9, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) on April 9, 2014, on the front day of the Diplomatic Association “D Diplomatic Association” located in F, Chungcheongnam-nam, Chungcheongnam-gun; (b) went home to the victim and went home to the victim, and (c) went back to the victim’s chest, and her chest was cut back by hand.

2. On April 30, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) on April 30, 2014, at the front of the “Diplomatic Conference” as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant: (b) went home to the victim with the seat of the G Operation, and went home to the victim, and (c) went back to the victim’s chest by hand; and (d) went to the victim’s chest.

3. On May 21, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) on May 21, 2014, at the front of the “Diplomatic Conference” as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant: (b) went home to the victim with the seat of the G Operation and went home to the victim; (c) raised the victim’s reputation by hand; and (d) raised the victim’s chest.

4. On May 28, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime on May 28, 2014, at the front of the “Diplomatic Conference” as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant: (a) went home to the victim and went home to the victim; (b) laid down the victim’s standing with his/her hand; and (c) went home to the victim’s chest.

5. On June 4, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime on June 4, 2014, at the front of the “Diplomatic Conference” as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant left home with the victim who was seated, and went home to the victim with his hand, and met the victim’s chest.

6. On June 11, 2014, the Defendant committed the crime on June 11, 2014: (a) on the front day of the “Diplomatic Conference” as set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, the Defendant went home to the victim with the victim and returned home to the victim.
