A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On April 18, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for the obstruction of performance of official duties at the Seoul Southern District Court on April 30, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on April 30, 2018.

1. The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant: (a) kept in custody the registration number plate of a sexton B vehicle operated by himself for reasons such as default of administrative fines; (b) around August 2018, at the home of the Defendant’s NuD in Jin-si, he made it possible to use D as the front number plate of his vehicle; and (c) around that time, D requested an advertisement company in Jin-si E to use “B” on a white acrylic board (a 52 cm, 11.3 cm, cm, cm) in black color and made it at will, and delivered it to the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant forged a motor vehicle registration number plate for the purpose of exercising it in collusion with D.

2. Around August 2018, the Defendant: (a) posted the forged B registration number plate, as prescribed in paragraph (1), at the front parking lot of the dwelling place located in Jinjin-si; (b) operated the said vehicle on the front number plate of the said Mexton vehicle; and (c) on October 25, 2018, at the front of the Korea Electric Power Corporation located in Gangwon-si, Jinsung-gun, Jinsung-gun, the number plate was set up; and (d) until October 16, 20

Accordingly, the defendant exercised a forged motor vehicle registration number plate.

3. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not operate a motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance. On October 25, 2018, the Defendant, at around 16:30 on October 25, 2018, operated a Bsch Rexton motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance in front of the Korea Electric Power Corporation in the direction of the Gangwon-gun, Jinsung-gun.

4. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person who is engaged in driving a Bsch Rexton car.

On September 23, 2018, the defendant driving the above car at around 13:25 on September 23, 2018.
