Text
1. The defendant
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the separate sheet;
(b) To pay 3,25,60 won and 2,972,970 won among them, the amount equivalent to 20% per annum from January 22, 2015 to the date of complete payment, and the amount equivalent to 111,380 won per month from October 1, 2014 to the date of complete delivery of the building mentioned in the above paragraph (a).
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
3. Paragraph 1 can be provisionally executed.
