Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 5, 2017, the Defendant posted a notice stating that NAV would seek a bank from NAV’s “F Kaf” page at the 2018 top group. On the other hand, the Defendant sent a false notice stating that NAV would sell a bank from the sending of money to the victim.
However, since the Defendant did not have any goods sold, even if he receives money from the injured party, the Defendant shall send the goods.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 1,450,00 from the victim’s Dong-H’s account (I) to the Defendant’s Dong-H, and received total of KRW 7,773,00 from 13 victims from around that time to January 2, 2018, as indicated in the List of Crimes.
The Defendant, on December 27, 2017, posted a letter at the Daegu Suwon-gu J on 2017, stating that the Victim K’s Republic of Korea is seeking to wear a package order box to contact the victim and send money to the victim.

However, since the Defendant did not have the clothes for sale, even if he received money from the injured party, the Defendant sent the clothes for trading.
There was no intention or ability to act.
The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received 200,000 won from the Saemaul Treasury account (Account Number L L) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and received 7,873,00 won in total from 23 victims from around that time to March 8, 2018, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table of Crimes.
Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, received property from the victims by deceiving the victims.
