A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a low-speed car B.

On October 4, 2014, at around 10:24, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol by 0.224% from a section of about 6km from the front side of the Dualle in the Dualle in the city of Incheon, the Dualle, to the front side of the Dualle in the same military road.
