A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special assault against the victim B around March 22, 2018: (a) around 01:40, the Defendant: “D main points operated by the victim B (here, 24 years old) in north-gu C at a port; (b) sought a request from the victim B to calculate the drinking value; (c) had the drinking disease on the table, which was on the table, towards the rear side of the victim B’s head; and (d) had the victim B’s left side, which was written glass on the table.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.

The Defendant damaged the victim’s property damage to the victim B by destroying the victim’s market price in the drinking house, such as the date and time stated in the above paragraph (1) and the time and place of the said paragraph (hereinafter “the victim’s property damage”). The Defendant collected alcohol, branches of alcohol, remaining alcohol, etc. from the victim who demanded the alcohol value on the so-called so that alcohol and food can be invested in the so-called so that the victim’s market price in the drinking house
