Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and by a fine of 1,00,000 won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 9, 2012, from around December 9, 2015 to around December 9, 2015, the Defendant operated the verteccom with the trade name “D” under “D” under Article 911 of the C-S. Building 911 in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and received 40,000 won at one time for the following reasons: (a) the Defendant complained of the pains, such as disks, etc.; and (b) the patients suffering from her disc, etc., complained of the pains, etc.; and (c) 40,000 won at one time, by dividing the flue into two hands and the bones, and by spreading the bones and the bones.

Accordingly, the defendant, who is not a doctor, was engaged in medical practice.
