A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Around 13:30 on July 12, 2020, the Defendant cut off the Defendant with goods equivalent to KRW 74,870,00 in total, including 15,90 won in the market price managed by the victim D, who had been on the display site, using the gaps of surveillance in the surrounding area, at least 15,90 won in the market price, 15,900 won in the market price, and 16,800 won in the market price.

A. At around 13:20 on February 9, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a cooling house using the gaps in which the surveillance of the victim G was neglected; and (b) committed theft with two major soldiers with the market price equivalent to KRW 9,000, the victim’s market price.
B. On March 21, 2020, the Defendant, at around 14:15, 2020, stolen the Defendant’s 14:15, with 2 soldiers having 4,900 won of the market price owned by the victim who was in the display stand by taking advantage of the gap where surveillance by the victimJ was neglected.
C. At around 11:46 on March 27, 2020, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s market price in the display stand by using the gap in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected; (b) one Bodk’s own market price in the display stand, which is equivalent to KRW 9,500,00.
2. On March 29, 2020, the Defendant was in a studio owned by the victim O located in Yong-gun N in Yong-gun, Yong-nam around the morning on March 29, 2020, and was in a way of breaking the locked into the 4th floor through the entrance door, moving the locked to a stairs connected to the fourth floor, and breaking the gate into the victim’s residence.
