Punishment of the crime

On May 12, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.235% of blood alcohol concentration at around 03:44 on May 12, 2014, and was driving a vehicle B-purd from the section of approximately 1km to the front day of the happy cafeteria cafeteria located in the Daegu Seog-gu, Seog-gu to the front day of the same cafeteria.
